Acting Judge Oolko set ball at $2,000 upon the rfxornrnendation of Assistant District Attorney Maroulis. and adjourned the case a week to permit the defendant to obtain counsel. Chief Martin said the arrest was the result of an investigation begun when Patrolman McDer - mott picked up information regarding regarding the location of firearms that possibly were stolen. The patrolmen gave the information information to Detective McLaughlin in the Identification Bureau. Af ter the investigation by Detectives Detectives Frisone and Brophy, with acting Detective Sgt. Doerr and Detectives Durkin and Schuyler, Mayhar and the 13 - year - old boy were apprehended. Chief Martin said the stolen merchandise was recovered. The 13 - year - old boy, accused of entering both daces, will tare Family Court action. f
