Wappingers Falls News George W. Knight, Correspond en New Street Light Is Installed At Scene of Many Accidents Wappingers Falls, Dec. 4. The new street light recently ordered placed at the South Avenue entrance to the Hester Park by the village board was installed by workmen from the Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation, Wednesday. The light is of high candlepower and gives an excellent illumination at this point.

Heretofore the section of South Avenue with East Main Street has been poorly lighted as the lights which are not of such a high power range along the north side of the street until within eral hundred feet from the intersec. tion.
