Jerome Hall, Rome, Italy, officiated! The bride is the daughter of Virginia Potter Bbgham, New Windsor, arid the late US; Air Force CoL William Bingham. The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs.

James A. Hall, Severna Park, Md. Junior bridesmaids Were the bride's nieces, Victoria Lash, Cornwall ori Hudson and Elizabeth Bingham, North Salem. The groom's brother, James Hall Fountain Hills, was best man. Ushers were the bride's nephews, Edward Lash, Cdrnwall on Hudson, and William Schatz, Croton on Hudson.

A reception was held at the Museum of the Hudson Highlands at Kenridge Farm, Cornwall. For their wedding trip, the couple chartered a yacht and cruised Chesapeake Bay. They reside in Nashville. The bride graduated from Vassal College and received her J.D. degree in 1986 from the University of Memphis Law School.

She is an attorney in private practice and amusicianwriter. The groom attended the University of Notre Dame and Loyola College. He is a musician, singer, songwriter and founder of the group, Orleans. Mr. Hall is a former Ulster County legislator and former president of the Saugerties School Board.
