Congressman Gwinn, who represents Putnam county and part of Westchester, operates a farm near Pawling.

Wesley Tobin, In His 81st Year Wesley Tobin, 80, died today in the Vassar Brothers' Home for Aged Men. He had been ill only brief time. A former farmer in Verbank, Mr. Tobin was born in Verbank, Sept. 3, 1873, the son of the late John and Mary L.

Lossee Tobin. He was educated in the Verbank schools. wife was the former Miss Mary L. Houghtaley. Surviving are two daughters.

Mrs. Daniel Carroll, Pleasant Valley and Mrs. Einar Astad, Dunellen, N. three grandchildren, Robert Blauvelt, United States Army. Mrs.

Friends may call at the home, tomorrow night. Frank H. Smith, Unexpectedly in Tivoli Frank Howard Smith, 65, died unexpectedly Saturday at his home in Tivoli, of a heart seizure. A native of Brewster, Mr. Smith had his in' Tivoli for a number of years.

He was a retired partner and had worked in New Jersey for 10 years prior to his retirement. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mabel Dedrick Smith: two. brothers. Arthur Smith, this city and Ralph Smith, Baltimore; three sisters, Mrs.

Jennie Orton, ter, Mrs. Edward Applebey, Brewster and Mrs. Henry Werle, this city and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Smith was a member of St.

Paul's Episcopal church, Tivoli. Funeral services will be ducted at the home at 2 o'clock, Wednesday. The Rev. Lever Bates will officiate. Burial will be in the Red Church cemetery, Tivoli, under the direction of the Hand Funeral home.

Mrs. Seymour Smith, Of Ward Manor Resident of Ward Manor, Red Hook, since 1943, Mrs. H. Seymour Smith, 88, died there yesterday. She had been ill for some time.

Mrs. Smith, the former Miss Minnie B. Near, was born in Rhinebeck, the daughter of the late James and Maria Brown Near. She was a member of the Rhinebeck Methodist church. Surviving are sister, Mrs.

William Wright, Civil Engineer Ill for several months, William James Wright, 45, civil englneer, died last night at his home, Innis avenue. Mr. Wright, who was born here, the son of Mrs. Margaret McMullen Wright and the late William C.

Wright, was graduated from Poughkeepsie High school and Columbia university. He had returned here last November, after working with architectural engineers in Paris. France, for year. Prior to that time, he had been a resident of Great Neck, L. I.

for seven years. Mr. Wright was a communicant of Holy Trinity church. Surviving, in addition to his mother, here, are his wife, Mrs. Lillian Magee Wright and three daughters, Margaret, Nancy and Karen Wright.

Funeral services will be conducted at the William F. Mulvey Funeral home, 211 Mansion street, at 9 o'clock, Wednesday and at Holy Trinity church at 9:30 o'clock, when High Mass of Requiem will -be offered.
