Miss Pierson Becomes Bride Of Read Albright Miss Jo Anne Pierson and Read Ellsworth Albright were married at 4 o'clock, yesterday afternoon, in Christ church, with the Rev. R. Rhys Williams, Th.D., rector, officiating. Music was provided by George Fowler, church organist. The bride, daughter of Erik 0.

Pierson, 26 Fletcher street, Kennebunk, formerly of Whitinsville, and the late Mrs. Pierson, is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Atherton G. Marshall, 29 Overocker road, and the late Mr.

and Mrs. Neil Pierson of Pleasant Valley. The bridegroom is a son of Dr. and Mrs. Fuller Albright, Brookline, and a grandson of Mrs.

Walter W. Birge, New York City, and the late Mr. Birge, and the late Mr. and Mrs. John J.

Albright of Buffalo. Given in marriage by her father who escorted her, the bride was gowned in white Chantilly lace over satin, with a high standing collar. front buttons, long sleeves and a long train. Her veil fell from a maline cap outlined with rosettes and she carried a bouquet of white orchids, stephanotis and ivy. The bride's gown and headpiece were worn by her late mother at her wedding.

Miss Dorothy S. Whitney, Cambridge, was maid of honor. The other attendants were Mrs. Richard A. Thoft, Boston, and the Misses Jacqueline T.

Goodspeed, Worcester, Phoebe Ann King, Seattle, Willinda McClung. Hillsborough, and K. Deborah Starr, Cambridge. They wore emerald green brocade gowns and their headpieces were circles of holly and berries. Miss Whitney carried a bouquet of red carnations with holly and the others' bouquets were of candy striped carnations with holly.

Birge Albright, Brookline, was his brother's best man. Ushering were Robert Reed, Ardsley-onHudson; Erik M. and David N. Pierson, Kennebunk, brothers of the bride; Pericles' D. Caminis, Baltimore, John Curtis, Waterbury, Kenneth Marmar, Framingham, and Jack Reardon, Cohasset, Mass.

Immediately after the ceremony there was a reception at the Poughkeepsie Tennis club. For their wedding trip to Williamsburg. the bride chose a raspberry wool suit with a matching hat and black accessories. Mr. and Mrs.

Albright will make their home in 91 Highland road, Brookline, upon return. Mrs. Albright is a graduate of the Bancroft school, Worcester, class of '57, and Wellesley college, Wellesley, class of '61. A member of the Junior League of Worcester, she made her debut in 1957.1 The bridegroom, a reporter with the Boston Herald, is an alumnus of Milton academy, '56, and Harvard university, '60. He also tended Boston university and is a member of the Hasty Pudding Institute of 1770 and the Delphic club.

Miss Rosenblatt Weds Ira Pearlman Miss Henrietta J. Rosenblatt. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raphael Rosenblatt, 4 Hogan drive, Red Oaks Mill, became the bride of Ira Pearlman, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Hyman Pearlman, Roosevelt, L. yesterday, at Temple Beth-El. Rabbi Erwin Zimet, spirleader, officiated. He was assisted by Dr.

Jerome Regunberg. Afterward, there was a reception at the temple. The bride wore a gown of peau de soie and rosepoint heirloom lace, with a lace bodice, square scalloped neckline, three-quarter length sleeves and a silk skirt. Her chapel length veil of French tulle fell from a pearl headpiece and she carried a Bible arranged with a cascade of gardenias and phalaenopsis orchids. Miss Judith A.

Rosenblatt, sister of the bride, was maid of honor, with Mrs. William Seifert as matron of honor. Their floor length gowns were of gold satin, princess style, and they each wore a pillbox hat with a veil to match. Their flowers were gold cymbidium orchids pinned to white fur muffs. Gary Pearlman was his brother's best man.

Ushering were Lieutenant Gelenter, Burton Lipsky, Barry Hirsch, William Selfert, Norman Gomberg and Ronald Pearlman. Mrs. Pearlman, who formerly attended the State University college at Buffalo, is completing her studies at the State University college at New Paltz. The bridegroom, an alumnus of Hofstra college on Long Island, now is stationed at Fort Dix, N. J.

Mr. and Mrs. Pearlman are on a wedding trip to Bermuda where they are registered at the Castle Harbour Hotel. Miss Marilyn Zipser, daughter of Dr. and Mrs.

Frederick S. Zipser, 32 South Broadway, Red Hook, and Daniel M. Rosen, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Rosen, Jamaica, will be wed at o'clock afternoon at the this" Beekman Arms hotel, Rhinebeck.

Rabbi Erwin Zimet, spiritual leader of Temple Beth-El, will officiate. The bride-elect, who will be given in marriage by her father, will be gowned in ivory peau de soie, with a fitted bodice, scoop neckline, elbow length sleeves and a full skirt. Her headpiece will be mantilla of rosepoint lace which was worn by her mother at her wedding and she will carry a bouquet of white orchids and stephanotis. Attending her sister as maid of honor will be Miss Fern Zipser, Red Hook. Her gown will be of pink peau de soie.

She will wear a pink maline headband and carry a bouquet of pink camellias and stephanotis. Robert Rabin, Jamaica, will serve as best man for the prospective bridegroom. Mrs. Zipser has chosen to wear brown brocade for her daughter's wedding and Mrs. Rosen will be dressed in blue and green brocade with a corsage of white' camellias.

After a reception at the Beekman Arms, Mr. Rosen and his bride will leave there on a wedding trip Miami, Fla. The couple plan reside in Washington, to D. upon return. For travel, the bride-to-be has chosen a brown crepe dress with accessories to match.

A graduate of Red Hook Central school, the future Mrs. Rosen completed two at Russell Sage college, years, and now is attending George Washington university. Mr. Rosen was graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic institute, Troy, and is attending the Columbus School of Law, Washington. is employed by the U.

Lattin 3 Marple road, who is the future bride of Thomas J. Callo Willow Tree road, Milton. George T. Dickson MRS. READ ELLSWORTH ALBRIGHT, who became a bride yesterday afternoon in Christ church.

She was Miss Jo Anne Pierson, daughter of Erik 0. Pierson, Kennebunk, and the late Mrs. Pierson. MRS. IRA PEARLMAN, formerly Miss Henrietta J.

and Mrs. Kenneth L. Swenson, Quaker lane, Hyde Park, Mrs. Witbeck left here today to spend Christmas with another daughter, Mrs. Frances Witbeck Marchbanks, N.J.

Sardou Studio MISS SANDRA JOY SEDORE, whose engagement to Russell James Brooker South terrace, Fishkill, has been announced. Miss Sedore is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter F. Sedore 69 East Main street, Wappingers Falls.

Jeanette Teasley Married in Kentucky In a o'clock ceremony, yesterday afternoon, in the Cynthiana (Ky.) Baptist church, Miss Jeanette Teasley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Huel I. Teasley, Cynthiana, became the bride of Donald Gerald Reynolds, son of Mrs. Gerald B.

Reynolds, 42 Parkwood boulevard, and the late Mr. Reynolds. The Rev. Prince E. Claybrook, pastor, officiated at the double ring rites, assisted by the Rev.

James Angell of the Second Presbyterian church, Lexington, Ky. The bride's full length gown was of ivory brocade, designed with a fitted Empire bodice and bateau neckline edged in seed pearls which were repeated around the points of the long sleeves. An elbow length veil fell from her openwork headpiece of pearls and tulle and she carried a bridal cascade. Miss Patsy H. Haynes, the maid of honor, wore a street length gown of emerald green satin, short-sleeved, and her headband was of green satin trimmed with holly and a circular tulle veil to match.

She carried a white muff arranged with a spray of holly. Bridesmaids were the Misses Shirley Whittaker, Hammersville, 0., and Mary Louise Barnett, Louisville and Harrodsburg, Ky. Their outfits were identical to the honor attendant's. The bride's mother was dressed in imperial blue, with a white hat and blue and white accessories. The bridegroom's, mother wore rose beige with 'accessories to match.

Edward Hallbeck served as best man for the bridegroom, with Gregory Tompkins and Roth Penrose as ushers. All are from Lexington. There was a reception in the church basement. The couple will reside in 1477 North Broadway, Lexington. A graduate of Georgetown (Ky.) college, the bride has been teaching in Lexington.

The bridegroom is employed as a department manager with IBM in Lexington. Alison Schneider's Betrothal Announced Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth H. Schneider, 45 Alkamount avenue, Scarsdale, formerly of Poughkeepsie, announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Alison Margarete Schneider, to Mark Christian Schroeder, son of Mrs.

and Theodore R. Schroeder, MarCharles W. Levko, a Orchard Park, tinsville, Miss Schneider was graduated from Eastchester High school and attended Virginia Intermont Junior college, Bristol, Va. Mr. Schroeder is a graduate of Kenmore Senior High school.

He is serving as journalist third class with the Executive division, U. S. Naval station, Great Lakes, Ill. An early spring wedding is planned. Mrs.

Adriance Party Hosts Tonight Mr. and Mrs. John P. Adriance, 117 Livingston street, will entertain at a Christmas supper party tonight at the Poughkeepsie Tennis club in honor of their son-inlaw and daughter, Mr. and Mrs.

William S. Weir, Chicago. Mrs. Weir is the former Mary Jane Adriance. The couple plans to spend the holidays here.

Also home for the Christmas -weekend is another daughter, Miss Renee Adriance of New York City. MISS CARLYN J. BAKER, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur H.

Juniors to Dance Wednesday Night Junior members of the Poughkeepsie Tennis club in the seventh, eighth, and ninth grade age have made reservations for the "Mistletoe Dance," Wednesday night at the clubhouse. Dancing will be from 7:30 to 11 o'clock. Mrs. William Gekle is senior chairman for the event. She is employed as 4 a secretary at the Federal Bearings Co. Inc. Mr. Brooker, an alumnus of Wappingers Central school, class of '52, is a veteran of four years service with the United States Navy. He is associated in business with his father.
