Ray, 52, River road, Hyde Park, died Sunday In St. Francis' hospital after a short illness. THe last 13 years, Mr Ray has been employed as a time study engineer for the Schati Manufacturing'Co. A native of Coeymans, he was liorn Sept 24, 1903, the son of the late Charles J. and Charlotte Sickler Ray.

He was educated in schools In Coeymans and Ravens ar.d went to Hyde Park from Hudson, 12 years ago. to make his home. He married Miss Gertrude Pearl Ryan in Albany, Sept. 4, 1929. THE LAST 12 years, Mr.

Aay had been secretary of the Rescue Hook and Ladder Hyde Park. He was a former secretary of the Hyde Park Lions club, was a past president of the Holy Name society ot the Reglna Coell church, Hyde Park, was a member of the Hyde Park Boat club, a member of the SchaU Social club, a member of the Hyde Park Fire police and a member of the Mid Harlem Vallfty Fire Chiefs association. Surviving. In addition to his wife, are three sons, Lieutenant Charles R. Ray with the United States Air Force, New Castle, William S.

Ray and David P. Ray. Hyde Park; a daughter. Mrs. Charlotte J.

Molloy, Hyde Park; three grandchildren, Brian Thomas i Molloy and Charlann Marie Molloy and Laura Anne Ray; two aunts, Mrs. Mary Sickler and Mrs. Annie Peterson, Albany and three cousins.
