Francis Hospital. baker, he was born In Germany, in August 1896. Mr. Loewen came to this country in 1924 had resided In the Town of Poughkeepsie the last three years. In New York Cityi in 1925, he married the former Neumann, who survives.

In addition to his wife. Mr. Loewen is survived three daughters, Mrs. John Corrado, Poughkeepsie; Mrs. Harold Os wain, Pittsfield, and Mrs.

Mr. Elliott had served on the Board of Directors of the Em pire Livestock Market, Blau velt. and the former Orange League Federation of New Paltz. He also was a member of the New Paltz United Method 1st Church, and the Pomona and State Granges. He had been af filiated with the Plutarch 4 Club for 35 years.

Hetner had been em ployed at the International Busi ness Machines Corp. for 21 years. He formerly had been an election inspector for the Eighth Ward in the City of fougnkeepsie. Born Jan. 16, 1898, in Lycom ing County, he was the son of Harry and Anna Hetner.

He attended schools in Penn sylvania. Mr. Hetner was a member of the IBM Seniors Club, the Men's Club of Friends Meeting and the First Baptist Church, Mr. Hetner is survived by nis wile, the former Rebecca Ann Dow, and several cousins in Pennsylvania. Friends may call at the Wes ley Chapel, 11 N.
