Pirrello was born on Dec. 19, 1933 in Manhattan, the son of the late Andrew and Carmela "Millie" (Melusi) Pirrello. He was a graduate of New York University with a degree in Economics. He served in the US Air Force. He enjoyed dancing, singing, reading, playing chess and was a literacy volunteer in Kingston.

Mr. Pirrello was the Regional Sales Representative for Dell Publishing Co. in Manhattan. Survivors include a daughter and son in law, Lisa and Robert Michetti of Pine Plains; a daughter, Theresa A. Pirrello of Sand Lake, N.Y; granddaughters, Cierra Dorval and Carta LaFleur, and a grandson, Matthew Michetti He was predeceased by a brother, Adrian Pirrello.

Friends may call from 2 4 and 6 8 tun, Wednesday, May 1, at the Peck Peck Funeral Home, S. Main SL, Pine Plains. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, May 2, at SL Anthony's Roman Catholic Church in Pine Plains, with Fr. William A. White officiating.

Amoia was a member of SL I i i 1 1 il Mary's Church in Wappingers Falls. Born in Stoneco, NT, now the Town of Poughkeepsie, on Jan. 19, 1926, she was the daughter of FUlipo and Carmela VerzaUa Centorani. On Nov. 16, 1968, she married Anthony Amoia Mr.

Amoia survives at home. She was previously married to Angelo Lucato, who predeceased her in 1964. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Frank Lucato and wife, Francine of Wappingers Falls and Louis Lucato and wife, Vi, of Wappingers Falls; a daughter, Nancy Burke and husband, Jim of New Bern, N.C.; daughter, Delia Kimbark and husband, Russell of the Town of LaGrange; two stepsons, Anthony and John Amoia; grandchildren, Frank Lucato, Jennifer Lucato, Ann Kim Palmer, David Kimbark, Louis Lucato, Gary Lucato and Kristine Foss; nine great three brothers, Louis Centorani of Tuscan, John Centorani of Orlando, Fla and Anthony Centorani of the Town of LaGrange; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Anna Lucato in 1944. Mary Chest ney, of Pine Plains, N.Y and formerly of Delmar, N.Y, died on Monday, April 29, 2002 at the Baptist Home at Brook meade, Rhinebeck, N.Y. Mrs.

Chestney had lived in Pine Plains since 1986. She was born in Fort Edward, N.Y. on November 7, 1906, the daughter of Fred A. and Hattie (LinendoU) Folger. She was a graduate of Oneonta Normal School and Albany State Teachers College.

She then taught elementary school ill the Albany Public School system for 30 years until her retirement in 1966. Mrs. Chestney was a member of the Milan Senior Citizens Group as well as the Rowe United Methodist Church. Mrs. Chestney was married to the late Gerald H.

Chestney, who died in 1992. She is survived by a daughter, Mary E. (Betty) Doyle of Stanfordville and a son, Gerald W. Chestney of Pine Plains. In addition, she has four grandchildren, Catherine Fitzpatrick of Pine Plains; Kimberty Deal of Troy, Chris Chestney of Rhinebeck; and Sean Doyle of Jacksonville, Fla; as well as seven greatjgrandchildren, Bridget and Scott Fitzpatrick; Jacob and Melissa Deal; and Samantha, Matthew and Andrew Chestney.

Friends may call at the Peck and Peck Funeral Home, South Main SL, Pine Plains, N.Y. on Thursday from 2 4 and 7 830pm. Fineral services will be held on Friday at 11am at the Rowe United Methodist Church with Pastor Paul Gingrich officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery, Pine Plains. 28, 2002 at SL Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie. Mr. Van Nosdall retired from IBM Pouehkeensie after more than 30 years of service. He was a decorated World War II veteran, serving In the U.S. Army in the 42nd Infantry Rainbow Dhisioa During the war, he received many decorations, including the Purple HearL Mr.

Van Nosdall enjoyed golfing and playing fastpitch Softball for many years, and was inducted into the Dutchess County Fastpitch Softball Hall of Fame in 1988. He was also an avid bowler in several local leagues. He was a member of the Reformed Church of Poughkeepsie. Born in Poughkeepsie on SepL 25, 1919, he was the son of Edward C. and Clara Steider Van NosdalL On Nov.

2, 1941, he married Eleanor J. DuBois in the City of Poughkeepsie. Mrs. Van Nosdall predeceased him on Feb. 2, 2002.

Survivors include a daughter, Margaret "Peggy" Sevila and husband, Richard ofSterling, Va; a sister, Dot Van Nosdall Morano of Poughkeepsie; several nieces; a nephew and a sister in law, Helen DuBois of Poughkeepsie. In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Edward and Ernest Van Nosdall and a sister, Eleanor Van Nosdall Smith. Calling hours will be Tuesday, Apr. 30, from 2 4 and 7 9 pjn. at Sweet's Funeral Home, Route 9, Hyde Park.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 1, 2002 at 10 am. at the funeral home. The Rev. Thomas Fiet will be officiating. Burial with full military honors will be in the family plot in Union Cemetery, Hyde Park.

Victoria Jane Silvestri WAPPINGERS FALLS Victoria Jane Silvestri died unexpectedly at her home in Wappingers Falls on Friday, April 26, 2002. She was born in ML Kisco on Jaa 18, 1963, the child of Victor J. Silvestri and Jane Cheetham Silvestri, who survive in Hopewell Junction. She is also survived by three beloved brothers and sisters in law, Raymond and Sharon Silvestri of Seabrook, Texas, Thomas and Brigit Silvestri of Hull, Mass.

and James and Lisa Silvestri of The Woodlands, Texas; four nephews, Stephen, Brian, Dylan, and. Michael Suyestri; two nieces, Allison and Lauren Silvestri; two aunts, Viola Delaney and Patricia Cheetham; an uncle, Alfonso George Silvestri; cousins, John and Edward Cheetham, Anne Condorelli, Teresa Palen, George Silvestri, Susan Posner, Judy Allen, Dawnee Moll, Carol Broadwell, and Linda Dickerson Hartsock, She was a graduate of Fox Lane High School, Bedford, N.Y, Dean Junior College, Franklin, Mass, and SUNY at New Paltz, and was working on a Master's Degree from Wharton University. Miss Silvestri was the drama teacher and producer and director of plays at the Poughkeepsie Day School at the time of her death. Before going to Poughkeepsie Day School she had been employed at the Oakwood Friends School and at Community Experimental Repertory Theater. She also had her own production company, a community theater company Six By The Park Productions, which was founded by Miss Silvestri and Caroline Croopia They produced over 20 musical and drama shows, eight musical reviews, and 10 plays for children.

Also under Six By The Park, she operated a School of Theater for Children and Adults and also a Summer Theatrical Camp for Children. Her life was dedicated to her love, compassion, and concern for children and her passion for all things theatricaL Victoria's life was like a star, burning brightly, seen too briefly, before vanishing into the nighL Friends may call at the Delehanty Funeral Home, 64 E. Until his retirement in 1984, Mr. Mandarano worked as a Postman for the US Postal Service, New Rochelle and as a Special Education Teacher for New Rochelle High SchooL He was a corporal in the US Army during World Warll, also serving during the Liberation of New Guinea and the Phillipines, and was the recipient of the American Service Medal, Bronze Star Mr.

Mandarano attended SL Mary's Church, Wappingers Falls. Bom Aug. 24, 1921 in New RochcUe, he was' the son of Angelo and Christina Agresta Mandarano. On Feb. 12, 1956 at Blessed Sacrament Church, New Rochelle, he married Cecelia M.

Mackey. Theresa Ann Cimorelli Theresa Ann Cimorelli, 71, a lifelong resident of the City of Poughkeepsie, died Sunday, April 28, 2002 at Vassar Brothers Hospital, Poughkeepsie, after a long illness.

Mrs. Cimorelli was an assembler for Mid Hudson Workshop in Poughkeepsie, retiring in 1988. She was a member of ML Carmel Church, Born June 4, 1930 in Poughkeepsie, she was the' daughter" of Frank and Adeline Hawley Sculco. She was educated in Poughkeepsie Schools. On April 28, 1948 in1 Poughkeepsie, she married Augustus Michael Cimorelli Jr.

Mr. Cimorelli died June 22,1997, Survivors include two sons, Augustus Michael Cimorelli in of, Poughkeepsie;" Frank 1 ''Cimorelli and his wife, Karen of West Palm Beach, Fla; four daughters, Barbara Cimorelli of Poughkeepsie; Frances Cimorelli of New Jersey; Sharon Palmateer and her husband, Mark of Poughkeepsie; Christine Sanchez and her husband, Gabriele ot Hyde Park; three brothers, Dominick Sculco of Hyde Park; Gary Sculco of Hyde Park; Frank Sculco of LaGrange; two sisters, Mary Madaras of Poughkeepsie; Margaret Sapia of Poughkeepsie; 16 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mary L. Myers Mary L. Myers, 79, a resident of the Town of Poughkeepsie, died on Friday, April 26, 2002 at Vassar Brothers Hospital in Poughkeepsie. A local resident since 1950, she was employed as the onsite manager at the Bahret Mobile Home Park in Poughkeepsie, since 1993. Bom on April 8, 1923 in Salisbury, Conn, she was the daughter of Milton J.

and Lena E. Link Rossman. She attended schools in Connecticut On April 16, 1940 in Salisbury, Conn, she married William Edward Myers. He predeceased her on Aug. 21, 1993.

She is survived by three sons, Donald Myers of Poughkeepsie; Robert Myers of MiDbrook and Richard Myers; two grandchildren, Kelly and David Myers; two brothers, Kenneth Rossman of Millerton; and Claude Rossman of Indianapolis, Ind and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by five sisters, Ethel Rossman; Dorothy Marian Dennis; Mildred R. Bona; Amy Louise Canoles and Lena Alice Homyak and two brothers, Walter and Floyd Ross maa There are no calling hours and graveside services will be private. Sister Elizabeth Doyle, O.C.D. Sister Elizabeth Doyle, O.CJ), of the Carmelite Monastery in Beacon, entered into rest, Monday, April 29, 2002 after a battle with cancer. She 82 Sister Elizabeth of the Trinity (Elizabeth Louise Doyle) was bom In Winchester, Massachusetts on Aug. 26, 1919 to the late James. Thomas and Annette Marguerite Joyce Doyle.

She entered the Carmelite Monastery in Concord, New Hampshire in Jury 1946. She made her profession on Jan. 28, 1948. Sister Elizabeth transferred to the Carmel In Vermont in 1964, She has been a resident of the Beacon Monastery since Dec 1997 when the Vermont Carmelites joined with both the Beacon and Saranac Lake Sisters to form a new community in Beacon, the Carmel of the Incamatioa Sister is survived by four sisters, Annette Doyle of Andover, Mary Doyle of Cohasset, Sister Grace Doyle, R.C. (a Religious of the Congregation of Our Lady of the Retreat in the Cenacle) of Ronkonko ma, N.Y; and Ruth Johnson of Naples, Fla; two brothers, Thomas G.

Doyle of Ocala, Fla; and Rev William Doyle, SJ. of Boston, Mass. Friends may call at the monastery from 3 to 5 and 6:30 to 8 pjn, on Wednesday, May 1. Bom May 4, 1922 in Poughkeepsie, she was the daughter of Albert Van Wagenen and Anna Windirsch. Angelo A. (Sweeney) Olivo, Jr, 82, a lifelong resident of Poughkeepie, died at home on Monday, April 29, 200i He was the son of Angelo A. Olivo, Sc and Ida Day Miller, both previously deceased He retired as Vice President and General Manager of Service Liquors Distributors of Schnectady, N.Y after 40 years of service. He was a World War Veteran and He was also a member of the Benevolent Paternal Order of Elks Chapter 275. He was a devout communicant at SL Martin de Forres Church and SL Joseph's Church.

On August 30,1943, he married Cecelia H. Schab, who survives at home. In addition, he was the beloved father of Robert S. Olivo of Hyde Park; Richard A. Olivo of Kinderhook; and Gerard E.

Olivo, who passed away in 1991, He is also survived by a brother, Luman Olivo and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He was the proud grandfather of James Olhro, Jessica Olivo, Deidre Corso, Stephanie Olivo and Robert Olivo. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4 8pm at the William G. Helen Kathryn Taylor CHELSEA, N.Y Helen Kathryn Taylor, 82, a 68 year resident of Chelsea, N.Y. and formerry of Long Island died Monday, April 29, 2002 at Hudson Haven Care Center in Wappingers Falls.

Mrs. Taylor was a homemaker. She was a member of the Wappingers Republican Club; a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Fishkill; taught Sunday School at SL Mark's Church In Chelsea; and organized Girls Friendly Society at SL Mark's in the 1950's. Bom June 17, 1919 in Oceanside, Long Island she was the daughter of Ralph and Grace Colryer Lowenbeia She was also the granddaughter of Captain Moses Wakernan Colryer of Chelsea On July 1, 1939 in SL Luke's Church, Beacon, she married Donald Francis Taylor. Mr.

Taylor died Nov. 25, 1970. Survivors include a daughter, Donna Ann Taylor of Wappingers Falls; four cousins, Anne Daly of Verona, Dr. Charles Keck of Andover, VT, Dr. James Keck of Andover, Georgia Colryer Rea of Vero Beach, FTa; and several nieces and nephews.

Bom May 23, 1919 in Laurenzana, Italy, he was the son of Rocco Staino and Maria Giovanna Potenza He came to the United States in 1927 at the age of eight and settled with his family in Brookrya Salvatore served in the United States Army from 1942 to 1945 with service in Europe. He was a member of the Amalgamated Lithographers of America since 1946 and. of the Narrows Senior Center, where he spent many happy hours.
