Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her sister, Ellen Kovac of Poughkeepsie, as maid of honor. Anthony Fiumara of Rome, N.Y. served as best man and Philip Livingstone of Utica served as usher. Following a reception at the Brae Loch Inn in Cazenovia, the couple departed for a wedding trip to Bermuda. They will reside i in Clay.

Mrs. Eckrich is a graduate of Poughkeepsie High School and the State University College at Plattsburgh with a B.S. degree in home economics. She also holds a masters of science degree in adult education from Syracuse University. She is a Cooperative Extension agent in Oswego County.

Mr. Eckrich attended Newark schools and was graduated from College in Holland, with a B.S. in biology. He also holds an M.S. in adult education from Syracuse University and is employed as an assistant professor of medical technology at the Utica College of Syracuse University.
