and Anna (WaIsh) Collins. Before 'her retirement she had worked as a book' keeper for Standlsh Hall in New York City. She attended Immaculate Con ception Church In Bangall. She Is survived by a brother, Richard, of Jackson Heights, and a 5 sister, Mary, with whom she had lived. Calling hours will be Friday from 2 io 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

She was born in Hyde Park In November of 1919, the daughter of John and Minnie (Wagner) Waldron. She had been married to the late Earl Penny. Survivors Include three sons, Or ville Donely, of Stormvllle, William Penny, of Beekman, and Earl James Penny, of Vermont; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Beatrice Baker, of Modena, and Mrs. Patricia Williams, of Holmes; two grandchildren; four sisters and two brothers.

Calling hours will be Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Wesley Chapel. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday from the chapel.

Burial will be in Union Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the McCornac Funeral Service Inc. Mr. Kyve BEACON John T. Kyve, 72, 395 Verplack died Wednesday as the result of an automobile accident in Beacon.

Born in Cold Spring, Sept. 7, 1906, he was the son of Michael and Maria (Senkier) Kyve. He was a life long resident of Beacon and retired seven years ago from Texaco. He served in World War II In the Air Force and was a member of St. Joachim's Church.

He Is survived by three brothers, Paul V. Kyve, Danbury, Vincent J. Kyve, Danbury, Conn, and Charles A. Kyve, Beacon; one sister, Mrs. Anne K.

A resident of Hyde Park for the last 18 years, he formerly lived in Brooklyn and was born in Italy on Dec. 5, 1891, the son of Daniel and Sophie Tortore. Mr, Tortore was formerly employed In the shipping department of R. Hoe and Co, in New York City and retired 20 years ago. He Was a member of Regina Coeli Church in Hyde In addition to his wife, the former Clemltina Battagllno, whom he married in Syracuse on Sept.

He was born In Yonkers on Feb. 3, 1962, the son of George and Jean (Dymnicki) Pisacano. He was a Beacon resident for eight years. He was a Junior at Beacon High School, the Beacon Babe Ruth League, the Beacon Soccer League, and Beacon High School's Junior varsity basketball team. He was also a member of St.

Joachim's Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by his parents; a brother, George Plsapano and a sister, Susan Pisacano, both at paternal grandmother. Mrs. George Pisacano South Hampton, Long Island and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.
