I in I November 9, 1975 ObituariesJulius E. Utter Julius E. Utter, 77, of 312 New Hackensack Road, Town of Poughkeepsie, died Friday at Dobbs Ferry Hospital. A native of New York State, he was the son of Winfield and Myra Bogart Utter. He was born Dec.

27, 1897. Mr. Utter, a World War veteran, was a retired merchant seaman with the Tidewater Oil New Jersey. He is survived three brothers, Edwin, Milford, N.Y., and Capt. Harley, with whom, he resided, Steven Utter, Menlo, two sisters, Mrs.

Edna Brenton, of California, and Mrs. Dorothy Procidano, New Rochelle, and James Dunham GARDINER -James V. Dunham, 79, a resident of Gardiner for the last 13- years, died Saturday at Vassar Hospital after a short illness. Born in Bellefontaine, Ohio, on Sept. 24, 1896, he was the son of the late Irvin and Minta Burt Dunham.

A resident for many years of Jenkintown, he was employed as an ordnance engineer for the Frankford Arsenal of Philadelphia until his retirement in 1962. He was a member of the Gardiner Reformed Church and served as an elder for several years. Survivors include his wife, the former Dorothy Potter; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Mininger of Amawalk and Mrs. Carol Caliandro of Cold Spring: and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Gardiner Reformed Church with the Rev. Rodney Koopman of the church officiating. Burial will be in the Brunswick Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Pine Funeral Home.

Walker Mrs. Violet Walker, 79, of 211 Smith city, died Friday at the Victory Lake Nursing Home after a long illness. Mrs. Walker was born Aug. 27, 1896, in Madison County, Va.

She was the daughter of William and Hattie Lambert. Surviving her are four sons, Willis White, of Poughkeepsie, John White, of Philadelphia, Clarence Calloway, of Brooklyn, and Robin Calloway, of Santa Monica, Calif. A daughter, Mrs. Carrie Knox, of Brooklyn, a brother, Charles Lambert, city, 11. grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Wallkill Pilot Survives Crash NEWBUGH -A single-engine Piper Cub piloted by a 56-year old Wallkill man crashed Saturday in a wooded area just off Route 32 in the Town of Newburgh. The pilot, Robert Gillespie of R.D. 2, Wallkill, was admitted to the special care unit of St. Luke's Hospital, Newburgh.

A hospital spokesman said Saturday Gillespie's condition was and that an examination for neck injuries had proved negative. The spokesman said Gillespie was under "close observation" for other injuries. State police at Newburgh said Gillespie was alone in the plane, which had taken off from Kobelt Airport in Wallkill. The cause of the crash is unknown, police said, and an investigation into the accident is continuing by state police Bureau of Criminal Investigation and an inspector from the Federal Aviation Administration district office in Teterboro, N.J. State's Young GOP Asks Ford To Quit SYRACUSE, N.Y.

(AP) -The Association of New York State Young Republicans' Clubs called Saturday for the resignation of New York City Mayor Abraham Beame. The political organization also adopted a resolution seeking the renegotiation of contracts with New York City employes. About 200 delegates attended an annual meeting, which asked the state attorney general to investigate the way city officials have conducted business. One resolution asked for Atty. Gen.

Louis Lefkowitz, a Republican, to determine whether city officials have violated any state or federal laws. Mr. Reynolds was retired from the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. in Ohio. He is survived by a son, William Reynolds, Hopewell Junction. The funeral will be Tuesday, 10 a.m.

Hamilton St. Mrs. Marien Mrs. Mary Marien, 61, of 54 Montgomery Rhinebeck, died Saturday at Vassar Hospital. Mrs.

Marien had been employed as a secretary at the Astor Homes in Rhinbeck since 1967. She was also a member of the Rhinebeck chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and was a member of the Rhinebeck Grange. Born in New York City on July 25, 1914, Mrs. Marien was the daughter of Roy and Mary Hubbard Jacobia. She was married to Louis P.

Marien, who survives her. Her mother, Mrs. Mary Wilder, of Rhinebeck, also survives. There will be no calling hours. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m.

at the Dapson Funeral Home, 65 West Market Rhinebeck. The Rev. John. Koppenaal will officiate. Burial will take place in Mellenville Union Cemetery Mellenville.

Harold Feigenbaum ALBANY -Funeral services were conducted Friday for Harold Feigenbaum, 54, of 804 Cortland an account executive for Merrill, Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith. Mr. Feigenbaum died Wednesday at Albany Medical Center Hospital after a brief illness. Mr. Feigenbaum was born in Poughkeepsie, the son of the late Mr.

and Mrs. Morris Feigenbaum. A resident of Albany for the last 36 years, he had conducted his own retail jewelry business for 20 years before joining Merrill Lynch in 1967. He was a member of Temple Beth Emeth and was active in the Historic Albany Foundation. He served as an Army Air Corps first lieutenant as a meteorologist in England during World War II.

A graduate of the State University at Albany and New York University, he was a member of the Investment Dealers Society of Northeastern New York and was active in the Kiwanis Club. He was a member of the Colonie Country Club, the Kappa Beta Fraternity and Jewish Community Council. He was vice president of the Albany Jewish Community Center. Survivors include his wife, the former, Jean Rita Figarsky; Feigenbaum a of daughter, Santa Barbara, a son, Paul A. Feigenbaum of New York City; and three sisters, Mrs.

Gussie Whiteman of 108 Winnikee Poughkeepsie, Mrs. Ida Goldstein of Binghamton and Mrs. Mildren Kaplan of Brooklyn. John Quick John Quick, 77, of Heritage Gardens apartments, Innis city, died Saturday at St. Francis Hospital.

Mr. Quick had retired in 1965 after working for Schatz. Federal Bearings, Inc. as a machinist. Previously a resident of Wappingers Falls, he had lived at his city apartment for two weeks.

Born April 4, 1898 in Marlboro, he was the son of Wade and Emma Gardner Quick. Mr. Quick married the former Ruth Bolde on Feb. 22, 1919. Mrs.

Quick survives him. Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Viola Terpening, of Springfield, a son, Irving, of Hyde Park, and three sisters, Mrs. Hattie Albertson, of Texas, Mrs. Stella Mason, city, Mrs.

Matena Tillson, city, and six grandchildren and five great -grandchildren. Friends may call Sunday, 7 to 9 p.m., and Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Robert Auchmoody Funeral ome, 16 Grand city. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will take place in East Park Cemetery.
