Boockol Franklin W. Boeckel, 82, of 34 College Ave died Tuesday at Vassar Hospital He was born in Philadelphia. Pa May 28. 1894. the son of Richard and Lcnnl (Ford) Boeckel.

He was graduated from Girard College in Philadelphia. He retired in 1959 as a tool and die maker at IBM. He was formerly the proprietor of the Boeckel Dress Shop, Cannon Street. A Poughkeepsie resident the last 70 years, Mr. Boeckel was a member of the Elks, the Quarter Century Club at IBM.
